This blog aims to document every little aspect on what doing an LLB Law degree is like and, occasionally, include my views of the topics that I’ve covered on the course which I found intriguing. It’s partly for other fellow curious and aspiring lawyers, so you can experience (albeit on a virtual level) the rollercoaster ride of university life: the good, the bad, the crazy. Another part of me, the more narcissistic side, just wants something to look back on in the future and remember the different things that I was up to at university.

ABOUT THE BLOGGER – Question & Answer

Let’s start with the basics first. What is your name?
Pcheena (Puh-Chi-Na). It’s Latin for ‘please-give-me-a-better-pen-name.’

How old are you?
Literally, I’m 20 years old.
Physically, I’m 14 years old.
Mentally, I’m 8 years old.

What are your hobbies?
Being a sloth. It takes great commitment to channel your lazy side, stay curled up on the sofa or the bed – whichever floats your boat – and do absolutely nothing for an entire day. Sometimes I enjoy baking. I wouldn’t say I’m good enough to be on Great British Bake-Off, but it’s relaxing. My specialty would have to be Oreo cupcakes.

Tell me something you hate.
Wasting food. It should end up in your stomach, not the bin.

If you could live in a movie, which film would you choose?
Maybe it’s because I’ve just recently seen this movie so it’s still fresh in my head, but I would love to live in La La Land. As someone who wasn’t trained professionally to sing or dance, it’d be awesome to break into a song spontaneously and kickass at it! Meeting Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone is an added bonus too.
